Dillmeier Glass Company

The Problem

Dillmeier Glass managed estimating, quoting, and order tracking through a patchwork of manual processes disconnected from their ERP system. Customers had no visibility into order status. Staff spent hours on tasks that should have been automatic.

The Solution

We built a custom customer portal (web and mobile) that handles estimates, quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders. It integrates directly with their ERP, includes real-time messaging between customers and staff, and gives everyone a single source of truth.
